These papers aim to provide an update on resourcing challenges, blockers, and the overall RAG status to ExCo and the board.- Led the delivery of a business-wide portfolio governance review. This involved signing off a new process flow, RACI model, business case model and checkpoint governance controls. This enabled Direct Line Group’s leadership to prioritise the key initiatives within the change portfolio after the organisation reduced its investment change pot.
