Launched multi-faceted LevelUp ShortCourse program consisting of training modules, workshops, and courses specific to all aspects of purposeful growth as a member of the academic community. As Assistant Dean, I have built upon the work of my predecessor to create and implement a faculty development and success program to best meet the diverse needs of a large and thriving academic unit. I also created, adapted, and launched the LevelUp Program, an innovative and comprehensive curriculum which includes teaching and learning concepts, instructional strategies, diversity, equity, and inclusion concerns, and unconscious bias training.
