Responsible for developing initiatives, programs, and opportunities specific to faculty mentorship and professional development. Launched multi-faceted LevelUp ShortCourse program consisting of training modules, workshops, and courses specific to all aspects of purposeful growth as a member of the academic community. As Assistant Dean, I have built upon the work of my predecessor to create and implement a faculty development and success program to best meet the diverse needs of a large and thriving academic unit.
