Hello! I’m Toby Crawford, a Business Administration student at the University of Arkansas, set to graduate in May 2026. Based in Austin, Texas, and now in Fayetteville, I’m excited to find a Sales or Business internship for Summer 2025 in the Northwest Arkansas area.My leadership journey began at the 5-star Proper Hotel Austin, where I thrived as a Valet Team Member until moving into the Valet Team Leader role. Leading a team of 8, I helped achieve a 4.8/5-star satisfaction rating by providing exceptional service to over 250 customers weekly. Currently, as a Valet Team Leader at the 4-star Graduate Hotel, I manage a team of 13 along with 2 other leaders, and oversee up to 150 check-ins daily, ensuring top-notch guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.In addition to my professional roles, I’m an active member of the Trough Student Section Leadership Team at the University of Arkansas. I develop and execute engaging initiatives to enhance student experiences, such as themed events and game-day activities. Leading and coordinating a team of volunteers, I work closely with university staff and student organizations to foster school spirit and boost participation.Previously, as an Inventory Associate at Vintage Soul TX Boutique, I managed inventory and enhanced customer engagement. My leadership skills were further honed as a center snare and section leader for a Top-10 Ranked Drumline at Dripping Springs High School, where I guided a team of 14.I am passionate about leveraging my skills in sales, leadership, and project management to contribute to a dynamic team.
