MD of a growing creative marketing agency based in South Manchester. The focus of the business is on providing marketing strategies, campaigns and materials that achieve business goals.

Account management, strategic planning and campaign execution for a variety of B2B marketing clients. Activities include development and co-ordination of direct mail, email marketing, social media marketing and telemarketing programmes for customer acquisition and retention.

I took two years out to travel which included marketing contracts for MasterCard Worldwide, the New South Wales Government in Australia and managing a ski chalet in America.

Managed a campaigns team primarily responsible for a £2.5 million marketing budget to promote government funded Literacy and Numeracy courses for UK adults. Also produced and event managed a two day international conference for the UK Governments presidency of the EU including Ministerial speakers, familiarisation tours, Mayoral reception and 16.

Set up and ran the marketing & PR department including creating communications strategy, media relations, campaign development & implementation, market research and staff & budget management.

Day to day management of several corporate & public sector clients producing multimedia communications solutions. Also seconded to sister company Shout TV to assist co-ordination of a Sky One TV series.
