As a member of Design & Constructions PMO I developed standard processes to improve consistent information in our deliverables from projects to aid in the management of IU Health's Systems. This effort includes developing IU Health's BIM Guidelines and Digital Twin standards from inception through current state. I have led the effort to make IUH a national leader in BIM, by transforming how we receive our drawings/models, project data and information from our designers and contractors by requiring what IU Health needs to maintain our facilities. In addition, I worked with finance and facilities to improve how IU Health manages space. My ability to work with IU Health's internal partners to automate getting the information into our systems in a consistent manner was a vital part of the success of the program.

Working on contract as a Project Manager for Ingersoll Rand to identify inefficiencies and find a viable Business Intelligence solution. Analyzing VOC, VOE, and metrics to identify areas to improve delivery of answers to customer inquiries and reducing the number of calls into the call center.
