This was a long-term project as the application was under continuous development. Created some of the original installation documentation for the product. Duties grew to include environment management — created and documented policies for the use of development, testing, UAT, and production environments; as well as creating and monitoring those environments. Evaluated vendor performance to the client. Assisted client with resolution of software bugs using vendor's bug reporting system. Often worked directly with the vendor to resolve issues in the application. Provided value-added solutions involving creation of a custom Java servlet to work around bugs in the application.
