I’m a recent graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. Currently, I’m an Implementation and Support Engineer at PourThat/WE SCAN, where I’m immersed in developing and supporting cutting-edge solutions for the hospitality industry. In my role, I focus on regression testing to ensure the reliability and performance of our software solutions. This includes documenting discovered bugs, as well as verifying/validating incorporated fixes to our software. Also acting as lead technical support for customers who utilize our software and dedicated devices, I have become adept at troubleshooting issues involving our solutions and breaking down problems into their root cause in order to provide exceptional and efficient technical service.
