About Toby Reid
I'm a civil engineer with ten years of broad industry experience across the fields of structural and stormwater engineering in both the governement and private sectors. In stormwater engineering I have used the Rational Method to check planning applications; while in structural engineering I have worked with Microstran, SPACEGASS and Tedds software packages and have undertaken designs and inspections for concrete, steel and timber structures. Other software packages I am familiar with are Word, Excel and Outlook and various GIS packages.My private sector roles have focused predominantly on design and analysis, while my public sector roles have involved mainly operations and maintenance of assets, managing and updating asset data quality and contract management and superintendent's assistant roles for numerous public capital works projects.
