My daily activities included the search, development, and growth of new opportunities with a focus in the Commercial and Industrial marketplace. The focus of my team's efforts were on electrical materials and energy-saving solutions.

As a rotational program, I explored most functions of the organization (Warehouse, Inside Sales, Sourcing, Operations, Pricing, and Project Management) while maintaining a focus on Outside Sales/Account Management.

Led and participated in various projects with the intent of promoting business in domestic trucking operations, while maintaining a focus on dairy transit throughout the Southeast United States.

Each job/location consisted of summer internships at various jobsites throughout the Southeast United States. I began on a survey crew in Cantonment, FL. In Mobile, previous experience allowed me to lead a survey crew at, what was at the time, the largest construction site in North America. The third summer, I worked hand in hand with the Chief Field Engineer and Project Superintendent to direct daily operations which allowed BE&K to successfully complete the project and avoid significant back charges. As a Field Engineer, my main focus was the day to day implementation of drawings. With support and drive, I was able to remain firmly in touch with the all facets of the business.
