The third summer, I worked hand in hand with the Chief Field Engineer and Project Superintendent to direct daily operations which allowed BE&K to successfully complete the project and avoid significant back charges. As a Field Engineer, my main focus was the day to day implementation of drawings. With support and drive, I was able to remain firmly in touch with the all facets of the business.
