Toby was the Director in charge of the Tunbridge Wells office of vkhp-consulting. He was responsible for a number of high end residential projects in Hampstead and North London as well as the new winery on the Rathfinny Estate.

Toby set up Toby Robinson Limited, providing design services to domestic and commercial clients in West Sussex and Surrey. He was solely responsible for all aspects of the company from design and delivery through to marketing and management of the business.In the 24 months of trading, he completed sixty seven projects from structural inspections of domestic properties and appraisal of a studio for the BBC, to conversion of barns and domestic alterations. He also provided advice to fabricators and contractors and reviewed modification works to Central London commercial property.
