I run Campfire Circles - intimate peer support groups where leaders come together to explore the human experience and practical challenges in work and life. It's a totally confidential, peer-support structure based on trust, openness and a desire to share without limits our wisdom and support.

More Happi is on a mission to bring the power of coaching to everyone, not simply those with deep pockets or senior roles. Born of the first covid lockdown, and a desire to support those who so badly needed it, we are now working with pioneering organisations who truly believe in the importance of supporting their employees as humans, not simply 'resources'. I'm working alongside the founder to bring this important idea to as many people as possible.
