As a freelancer, I have created concepts, copy and ads for an expanding range of media – including print, web, radio, TV, mobile phones, apps and the back end of a bus – and handled press and PR for Cambridge Film Festival (2011, 2012) and the Olympic Torch Relay in Cambridge.Clients have included Thomas Cook, Baufritz Homes, RSPB, Agellus Hotels, Marshalls, Cambridge Film Festival, 3 Mobile, Play.com, Cambridge Folk Festival, Newmarket Races and BAFTA-nominated composers Bob and Barn, who commented ‘this is the best PR we have ever had’.Recipient of a radio advertising award, and the Keats-Shelley Memorial Prize.Represented by MBA Literary Agents, London, UK, for screenplays and novels.Specialties: I am an award-winning copywriter, scriptwriter and editorial consultant, regularly working in the areas of ad copywriting and PR, but also active as a BFI Associate Tutor and a lecturer on film journalism and screenwriting in Cambridge.I also specialise in 'rescue' missions - saving copywriting projects when the client's previous copywriter has failed them.
