Through the process of designing modern, energy-efficient, luxury homes, we try to create masterpieces for living. They are true custom homes made from scratch and to the specifics of our clients' needs. To keep innovating we also design and build homes for the real estate market, ready to buy. Based in the Charlotte, NC, area we serve North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, with satellite offices in Durham, Asheville, and Greenville. Wittehaus’ purpose is to elevate the magic of every homeowner's life experience.Our work has been featured by many publications, including Dwell, Architectural Digest, Forbes, The Wallstreet Journal, and the New York Times.
