Lead a team of 15 Specialist Solution Engineers and 1 manager across Southeast Asia and Korea. Work closely with the team focused in VMware's Virtual Cloud Network, which brings together best-in-class compute, storage, networking and security virtualization capabilities, leveraging on the VMware Cloud Foundation and Cloud Management solutions as the basic building block of the Software Defined Data Center.As part of the critical capability of the highly secure Virtual Cloud Network, we help customers to modernize and secure the Data Center by focusing in Infrastructure Security and leveraging on the Service-defined Firewall and Network Detection and Response Solutions to detect and contain sophisticated cyber threats. I worked with Enterprise Customers to integrate these solutions into their NetSecOps processes and Security Operations Centre. Constantly achieving targets and was awarded The President's Club in 2020.

Asean

Took on an additional responsibility as the ASEAN Solution Architect for the FSI Segment with specific focus in Cybersecurity. My role is to work closely with the Business Development Manager in strategic FSI accounts in ASEAN with the specific focus in Cybersecurity and Infrastructure solutions.Continue to work with the Business Development Manager as the Solution Architect leading the effort in co-developing IoT (Internet of Things) based solutions with strategic partners here in Singapore. Specific area of focus is to integrate Cybersecurity into the Reference Architecture and Solutions.

Lead a team of Technical Specialists in focusing on the major Cisco Architectures - Collaboration, Data Center, Enterprise Network, Cybersecurity and Service Provider IP Next Generation Network. This Technical Specialist Team is the first of its kind in the local team as Cisco started to focus on adjacent technologies and a specialist team was required to manage the advanced technologies.Responsibilities include:1.
