His track record includes creating service programs for both FOH and BOH teams at multiple restaurant groups, creating additional revenue-generating concepts for smaller restaurants to grow brand awareness and additional sales, restructuring payroll reporting, bill paying, administrative tasks, and staff scheduling, making structural and internal changes to increase revenue and guest satisfaction, and proven ability in managing 20+ FOH and BOH staff at up to 9 different locations at a time.
