Over a period of 31 years I took Foreston Trends from an idea on paper to a multi-million dollar enterprise. I did so by establishing & realizing a practical business vision, mission & philosophy that enabled me to effectively manage & continually improve the performance of vital business drivers.Along the way I developed an ability to quickly identify and focus on improving the most important parts of the business, many of which did not fall under traditional product development and sales. I proactively addressed areas that might be uncomfortable for most business owners to address but required my focus to develop a successful business.Starting and growing a business isn’t easy.
