By controlling parts effect & smooth heating process when growing MQWs(multi-quantum wells). 2. Build up SOP for next generation products, and preliminary check.3. Evaluating suitable sapphire substrate and pass the reliability test sucessfully.4. Transfer recipe to other reactors including structure alignment, flow controlling, and temperature calibration.5. Design equipment move-in plan by coordinating with vendor. And start working within 3 weeks.
