Responsibilities• Provide direct support to the Sales executives and business partners involved in SaaS and PoC planning - managing discussion meetings, assisting implementation process and setting up reminders.• Assist in a deployment: prepare envoroment for tech demos and exhibitions, manage and support configuration processes on sites.• Assist in some activities for customer-related special events, high-level meetings with business partners and other external stakeholders, some email correspondence for Executive and Sales.• Personally respond to routine support inquiries from regional and enterprise clients and those requiring knowledge of the company solutions arhitechture or its internal administrative procedures.• Work closely with development team and project leads for requirements analysis, and development/improvement of testing processes, test cases, automated regression tests, and supporting utilities• Analyze test results and make recommendations for improving quality• Verifying new features and integration testing in our existing program solutions• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies, and above all else demonstrate honesty, responsibility, integrity, and fulfillment of the commitmentQualifications• Master Degree in Engineering and Technology• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2), business communication• More than 3 year testing experience in QA (CCTV Software Development)• Direct experience testing advanced media streaming services and devicesSkills• Work with agile project management tools like JIRA Cloud and Confluence• Understanding and wide testing experience of client- server applications architecture (REST, SOAP)• Understanding of version control management & CI workflow (Bamboo)• Basic understanding and testing experience of Linux-based platforms (working experience with Debian, Arch, Ubuntu)• Wide technical knowledge of CCTV standarts (ONVIF, GB/T-28181),media streaming protocols (HTTP, RTSP, RTMP, SIP, SDP etc)and validation/debugging tools (ffmpeg, NimbleStreamingServer)• Deep experience in network analyzing and analysis tools (Wireshark)
