• Test Engineer - Supporting all R&D locations and support of Beta Units and existing products, Required to analyze product at multi- levels requirements, interfaces, and develop testing requirements.• Work with Design Engineer and Sub-team in R&D to support production factory and new products.• SVT/DVT - Developed automated test programs, testing procedures, and written reports on SVT/DVT Data.• ATE - Calibration of all Global Automated Test Equipment Systems, set-up and verify new ATE systems, develop test programs, and accompanying test equipment.• New ATE/SVT set-up - Travel to site to set-up, verify, and train staff in familiarity of new system.• Test Fixture - Design and Build test fixtures and cables for ATE and Bench testing of all products.• SVT/DVT requires an understanding of the product to develop a test plan and verification process at extreme temperatures in the range of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius.• Gate Review - PDPR SVT reports generated to be used to help designers understand behavior in multiple conditions and generated graphs and plots to be used for gate review.• Existing Products - Solve technical issues faced by the factory and RMA units as needed.• Test Specification Forms - Generate new specifications and maintain test specification sheets for all existing products based on product behavior and the designer's final specification listed in design specification sheets.• Burn-in – Define burn-in requirements and develop burn-in fixtures.• Production Database - Maintain production database uploads for archiving and making available to the sales team for existing data upon customer request.• New Test Engineer Training - Maintain contact and training of new Test Engineers to familiarize them with the test system and basics requirements they will need to accomplish on their own.
