Managed cost, schedule, and performance of four logistics information systems as part of the PM-Logistics Information Systems portfolio. Oversaw $17M+ budget for management and oversight of several projects. Ensured 99% operational availability of the systems that were used State-side, in Iraq and Afghanistan.>Ensured all programming and budgeting information was accurate and submitted on time. Projected / briefed the systems costs for future years funding for inclusion in PM-LIS funding.>Decreased spending by $3M by combining two systems with separate contracts into one contract, costing $48M over four years, enabling the systems to be more easily integrated and to create efficiencies.>Briefed multiple government agencies / supervisory boards on systems, increasing interoperability.>Decreased budget of one system from $3.1M to $9K by reducing the number of contractors, while continuing to provide required services and more efficiently distributing hardware.
