Reliability Maintenance and Engineering lead responsible for recruiting and building a Reliability Engineering team to support Amazon’s global fulfillment and delivery sites. Primary focus was on material handling engineering expertise, reliability engineering services, predictive maintenance, life cycle management, and powered industrial truck maintenance.• Launched new condition based maintenance (CBM) program across 150 sites utilizing in house sensors and monitoring system,• Instituted reliability program in which top offending assets were identified and corresponding improvement plans instituted.• Developed an End of Life (EOL) strategy to target high risk material handling equipment and acquire capital funding to perform rebuilds and major repairs.• Led initiative to correct powered industrial truck maintenance budget and track top offending sites to improve performance to budget by over $17MM.

The SME team provides equipment expertise support for over 1400 sites. • Responsible for PM development and refinement to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize labor. • Provided technical support to sites during catastrophic equipment failures. • Provided escalation support with OEMs.• Led continuous improvement projects worth $69MM in savings.

Quality executive responsible for manufacturing quality at 4 transmission plants and 2 casting plants in North America. Group consist of six Quality Center Managers with a supporting quality organization of approximately 300 personnel.
