Responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the organization's business development strategies, policies, objectives and initiatives. Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities and corresponding revenue/profitability targets for new product offerings related to Cornerstone’s mission, vision, values and strategic business initiatives. Conducts financial feasibility studies, effective and actionable market research and develops proposals for new business opportunities. In conjunction with the President, collaborates to develop strategic alliances with corporations, regulatory organizations, and associations to identify partnering opportunities for new product and service development with the purpose of enhancing the client’s experience.Responsible and accountable for licensing loan officers, Branch Offices, and programs; duties include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, ensuring legal compliance, copyrights, contracts, and other areas of corporate fulfillment . Provide market overview to collaboratively explore opportunities and energize organization for new product innovation and development. Responsible for working with sales teams to assess new content, revise content, identify potential change in products, assist with the business case development, evaluate the critical success factors for these products and monitor the progress during product development. Set and monitor the marketing and sales efforts for the products to ensure they meet established financial goals.
