Todd has close to 20 years involved in the food business. Starting out in a small Italian restaurant in Cincinnati, OH as a busboy and server to then sharpening his skills by diving into the world of Hotel and Convention Center Management after going to work with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in St. Louis, Mo. Years later and in between, he ventured out to manage two restaurants, acquired knowledge in standard and conventional beverage (alcohol) applications and distributions. Now residing in St. Louis, MO, Todd has worked with John Q. Hammons, Hilton, and Marriott Hotels as a Banquet Director, Food & Beverage Manager, and now Director of Food & Beverage with a focus on Planning, Training, Rehearsing, and the Executing the perfect event. These events include but are not limited too: * Car Shows * Award Banquets * Weddings (Ceremony and Reception) * Concerts * Seminars * Trade Shows * Professional Sports TeamsTodd has worked with the likes of Dave Ramsey, University of Tennessee, Auburn State Football, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, H.E.R., Leon Bridges, Alicia Keys, Michael W. Smith, Nissan, JP Morgan, as well as an abundance of NFL and NHL professional sports teams. In recent years, Todd has grown in his craft and passion for food excellence by learning all areas of the hotel, sports, entertainment business and food industry. He prides himself in forming the perfect team that will lead not just an individual building, but a company to success.Currently, Todd works for the Centene Community Ice Center & St. Louis Music Park. Home of the St. Louis Blues National Hockey Team and Concert Venue.
