I started my career with JNCS as a DSP (Direct Support Professional} and worked my way up to Manager in Family Support Services, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, primarily on the autism spectrum. As a Manager, I oversaw all program services and had 6 supervisors reporting to me. They coordinated services for a total of 140 individuals, including 120 DSP staff. Five years of this time frame were spent living in Montana and working for Ravalli Services Corp. I started there as a Program Manager in 2012 and was promoted to Director of Residential Services in 2015. We returned to California in 2017 due to family illness, where I was offered to return working for JNCS.

I was hired as a Program Manager Administrator and Day Program Manager, responsible for management of 4 groups homes, consumers and their staff. I created the Q&A reports and all of the documentation required. I coordinated and performed Foundations and Mandt training for all staff. I maintained state required licensing for the agency.
