This innovative model amalgamates the advantages of modern manufactured homes—such as rapid construction, cost-effectiveness, and high quality—with the added bonus of sidestepping long-term commitments and costs linked with traditional home building.As the COO, I am responsible for operating leadership of Apollo Global Management's $3 Billion entity, located in over 31 markets, consisting of 150 assets, with more than 30,000 lots. Day to day oversight includes the policy direction, development, property management, asset management, and compliance, and supervision of Real Estate Operations teams.

Responsible for over 2000 home closings each year, making up almost 1/3 of Richmond American Homes revenue and profit, I provided oversight of the Colorado divisions, their Division Presidents, and strategic and daily operations.

Responsible for the overall performance of the division, across all aspects of homebuilding operations including Land Acquisition, Entitlement, Development, Project Planning, Purchasing, Construction, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service/Warranty, Human Resources, Risk Management and Compliance, General Management/Business Planning and Administration. Maximize business results both in the short- and long-term, including return on inventory (margin and turn), achievement of business plan, customer satisfaction, employee engagement and operational excellence.

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. owns, operates, and develops manufactured housing communities and recreational vehicle communities throughout the United States. With oversight of over 400 communities, comprised of 145,000 lots in 32 states, responsibilities include delivering the organization's home sales, occupancy, and revenue goals portfolio wide.

Responsible for delivering the organization's occupancy through 2500 new and resale home sales and 4500 home leases within the 52,000 home site portfolio each year. Responsibilities include maximizing the return on $250,000,000 in annual sales revenue via the company's $5,000,000 retail marketing expenditures.

Directed the Operations for Colorado's largest private builder. Responsible for the daily oversight of 20 communities, 50 employees, including those in the western slope and front range marketplace. Managed the product offering ranging from attached first time buyer, to luxury mid rise urban infill.

Supervised, trained and managed a staff of 75 sales associates and administrative employees for the Richmond American Homes Colorado Division. Oversaw sales operations of Colorado's largest public homebuilder including more than 40 communities, 1000 home sales each year, and $325 Million in revenue.

Provided oversight of 40 team members within the National Builder Services Group including the business units of Strategic Marketing, Consumer Research, Community Planning, Sales Training, and Product Development. Directed Strategic Marketing sessions with Division Executives in more than 30 markets nationwide to identify opportunities related to pricing, product, location-based decisions, and sales strategies. Created and implemented business plans for 17 market expansions including those in which a home builder was acquired, and those where a "new" start-up was required.
