The Service Delivery & Systems Lead plays a key role in managing the experience of users of Human Resources (HR) systems deployed across government and managed by OCPSE.The Service Delivery & Systems Lead is responsible for the coordination and undertaking of activities relating to stakeholder engagement and collaboration, requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and design definition.This work supports continuous improvement of those platforms and refinement of business practices associated with those processes.The Service Delivery & Systems Lead is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and engaging with stakeholders on the Human Capital Management Panel (HCM Panel), ensuring the successful implementation and utilisation of the panels systems and services across government agencies. The Service Delivery & Systems Lead works closely with agency representatives, subject matter experts and suppliers to meet the objectives of the panel agreement. The Service Delivery & Systems Lead provides guidance and advice for agencies in their HR Systems planning, procurement and implementation to ensure it meets the needs of the panel and the agency.

The One Government One Employer Program initiated in 2015 unifies the public sector and drives productive outcomes for Human Resources reform. As the Senior Project Officer responsible for the discovery of the digital end-to-end eRecruitment project, I am tasked with developing a solution to enable a digital end to end eRecruitment system for the whole of government to deliver a seamless and simple recruitment process for agencies. This includes a concentration on the quality of experience for candidates and simple workflows for recruitment staff. This will result in efficiency in processes, minimising double handling and rework.As the Project Lead I am responsible for developing a solution that enables job vacancy integration of data between internal government systems and external vendors, investigate improving utilisation of government recruitment pools/register, maintaining importance on the end to end experience of users and candidates. This will support the whole of government strategy for eRecruitment and a efficient whole of government digital end-to-end recruitment practice and process.

Project resource for the management and delivery of various projects.

Key project expert in the implementation of the mySA GOV app for the release of digital government issued licences and permits. Project lead for Single Sign-on Digital Identity project in the Project Management Office, brining multiple agencies together to l review and improvement the EzyReg Account and sign up process in line with the release of the mySA GOV app. Intensive Agile project delivery methodology, utilising a multi disciplined project team from various agencies ensuring we make improvements based on user centred design principles.
