Successfully executes a diverse portfolio of power distribution equipment projects from project initiation through final closeout. -Manage programs and projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, business readiness, and requirements of the organization.-Manage the compliance oversight of numerous internal & external regional organizations that are providing services to the project and or program (development, engineering, project controls, estimating, construction management, supply chain, legal, EHS, QA/QC, operations, communications, regulatory, security, fuels, transmission, etc.) as it relates to Governance. -Implement program planning including scope definition, estimating, schedule formation and monitoring, cost control measures, procurement/contracting strategies, equipment and vendor selection, start-up and commissioning plans, and integration processes in accordance with Grid Solutions and Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCoE) Program Guidelines associated with $250M in DOE Grants and a $1.5B Grid Improvement program portfolio.-Strategically designed and implemented the Business Readiness process to ensure consistency and standardization for all program/project workstreams.-Revise the program/projects to ensure alignment with the latest industry standards, incorporating SCRUM and Agile methodologies in support of IT projects. -Manage recovery logistics team during major storm outage events to include both internal resources and contracted support teams from across the US.

-Project Manager for Power Generation Operations in the standardization of fleet wide operating models for 8 states.-Coordinated, scoped, and staffed the Event Free Operations Steering Committee to focus on prioritized initiatives that impact the standardization of the power generation fleet.-Consulted leaders in identification and prioritization of initiatives to determine impact, timing and completion of priorities.-Conducted, scoped and staffed assessment teams to perform Operational Excellence Assessments of the Enterprise Power Generation Fleet and provided guidance to the Executive Steering team on scoring and corrective action plans.-Developed and defined corrective action plans to resolve deficiencies identified during Operational Excellence Assessments. -Executive Steering committee(s) member providing technical expertise/advice on the identified initiative/focus area.
