I also had responsibility with identifying opportunities for program growth and designing activities to attract participants.Other primary duties included:-Maintenance of all markers and equipment.-Inventory control to assure a ready supply of replacement parts.-Scheduling adequate staff to ensure the safety of participants.-Ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience and feel safe.It is worth noting that after two years of running the Reball Program, Westmont Yard offered me a position on their staff, which I had to unfortunately turn down because it would have interfered with my other job.
