Responsible for architecture and service delivery for Hosted 9-1-1 services. Hosted 9-1-1 is a SAAS for Emergency services. It is a fully managed solution for Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) providing call-taking applications with advanced functionality integrating GIS mapping functionality.

Responsible for Network and Security architecture and design of AOSCloud's Data Center and cloud service offerings. Work with a team to design Enterprise-class cloud and managed services. Ensure client on-boarding process is smooth and meets client's special needs/requirements. Responsible for networking, security, virtualization, multi-tenancy, quality assurance, compliance, training. Work with carriers to provide high quality, highly redundant Internet and WAN/Metro/MPLS services utilizing BGP multi-homing with PfR. Provide capacity planning and light project oversight. Oversee security and availability of environment including Intrusion Prevention, Firewalls, VPN, Web Application Firewalls, Local and Global Load Balancers and Management.
