Here, I consulted to project management and operations teams in Saudi Arabia. Having been excited about the potential of air-supported climate-controlled structures to enable year-round use of sporting facilities (I had seen them years ago in the US) I played a role in measuring the viability and their potential use.I also innovated court design, influenced to get all stakeholders on the same page, while identifying and implementing new and emerging trends.

Blu Health and Rackets Club is a squash centre and high-performance sports training facility that I owned and operated. The club offers a premium player experience and access to world-leading facilities backed by a welcoming and motivating atmosphere.I implemented creative and innovative strategies to develop the business and increase turnover by 285% in 10 months. I built beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and secured company-wide buy-in to successfully implement business change and transformation activities.I sold the club due to health issues before taking a contract in Saudi Arabia to advise on sporting complexes, specifically new court design and climate-controlled inflatable domes.

For almost four decades, Midcity Group has provided repair services for insurance clients, including low-value domestic claims and large rectification projects in the commercial sector. As Project Manager for commercial clients, I oversaw the completion of complex repairs.
