I have been in the Restaurant/Bar business for 20 years. I have done everything from bus tables to wash dishes, wait tables( fine dining and chain) bartender and General Manager. I am very effective at inventory and budgets. I have spent my whole life writing schedules, hiring/firing of employees, putting P&L's together and training and coaching employees to either start their career in the business or just to have something nice for their résumé. I can manager a kitchen staff or the front of the house or both. I am very happy at my current position and feel like the sky is the limit!Spent 22 wonderful years in the restaurant biz. Decided to take my talents to the auto industry. It was not settling well with me to not see my family for days at a time. I am really enjoying this so far. I finished top of my class in sales 2 of the first 4 months!! I feel like I have a bright future and a ton of support from management and ownership!!
