As a Business Development and Supply Chain leader with over 18 years of experience across various roles, my goal has always been about developing internal and external relationships and improving processes and systems to drive efficiencies and reduce cost. After graduating OLDP, I took a position as a Business Development Analyst, supporting the Director of LM IS&GS Proposal Operations. I managed a $1M+ budget for the 130+ person department. I staffed all proposals needing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with outside consultants and managed all IWTAs. From March 2009 till June 2012, I became a proposal manager, successfully managing 20 proposals from values of $5M to over $750M, winning 16 of them valued at over $1.5 Billion. I also sat on the corporate board of proposal management and implemented new templates and processes for all proposals that were used to train new personnel.From June 2012 to October 2016, I served as the Lead Proposal Manager for LM's Advanced Technology Labs (ATL) division, where I managed and increased the win rate by 30% of all the white paper, RFIs, and proposals submitted for new business.From October 2016 to June 2018, I worked as a Proposal Manager for AmeriHealth Caritas, where I managed RFP & RFI responses for Medicaid and Medicare services. I won over $1.5B for the company in less than two years. Currently, I serve as the VP of Procurement for QualTek LLC, where I oversee the Supply Chain and Purchasing departments (110+ employees dispersed nationally) for a large telecom construction company.
