CurrentTodd A. Brooks is a Director at Paradox Resources, the parent company of Paradox Upstream and Paradox Midstream. The Paradox Companies own and operate Helium rich fields and the pipelines bringing together the 4 Corners Region of the United States stretching across 500 miles in the Paradox Basin. Paradox Midstream processes gas from fields in NW New Mexico and NE Arizona in addition to its equity fields in Utah and Colo. Paradox Midstream owns and operates the Lisbon Valley Helium Plant. LVHP is a 60 mmcfd treating plant with a 45 mmcfd cryogenic facility and a 10,000 BPD fractionation train. Pursuant to Paradox Midstream’s substantial investment and work, in Feb 2020 LVHP began processing and selling Helium - “5 Nines” or 99.999% purity. Liquefaction Capacity Processing and Sales equals 550MCFD and PDX Midstream is working to fill that capacity.Prior to Paradox Resources, Todd Co-Founded and built ZaZa Energy Corp from scratch starting in 2008 and listed the company on the NASDAQ in 2012. ZaZa was a first mover in the Eagle Ford Shale, as it acquired acreage in the heart of the play in 2008-2011 and drilled and operated $400MM of technologically pioneering wells while working with Schlumberger and others in the then nascent and emerging play between 2010-2014.Brooks actively seeks new thought, forward looking projects and is open to all original ideas associated with new concepts and efficiencies across all sectors.
