Collect and manage data pertaining to military warfighting functions (WfF) (movement and maneuver, intelligence, fires, sustainment, mission command and protection) procedures, decisions, and orders during military training exercises to facilitate the After Action Review process for participating units.

• Conduct mission command analysis of all Warfighting Functions (WfF) for a US Forces Korea Exercise. Subject Matter Expert in Sustainment, Protection, Mission Command, and Military Decision Making Processes.• Collects and manages data pertaining to military warfighting function (WfF) (movement and maneuver, intelligence, fires, sustainment, mission command, and protection) procedures, decisions, and orders during computer assisted military training exercises.• Works closely with military Observer Controller/Trainers and other exercise analysts; collects computer generated data, as well as Observer Controller/ Trainer observations, analyzes data and prepares visual products for After Action Reviews in coordination with the military.

• Served as Exercise Planner and Sustainment SME Lead for OPORD Development.• Corps level OPORD development based on outputs from CDC• Support JMSC OPORD development and refinement based on input from USAEUR-AF and V Corps staff• Incorporate new and emerging doctrine focused on MDO leading to convergence.

• Conduct tactical analysis of Corps and Division level Sustainment support for the US Army’s JMSC and JMRC.• Produce Corps and Division level OPORD, annexes, overlays and products in support of a NATO level exercise.• Perform as Sustainment Subject Matter Expert in the development of scenario Injects which facilitate artillery live fire events taking place in three separate countries. • Facilitate Corps and Division level orders and Sustainment annexes with training audiences through execution.

• Supervised and coordinated the development and implementation of a wide variety of joint policy, business processes, and strategic logistics and transportation functions throughout (51) countries in USEUCOM’S Area Of Responsibility (AOR) ensuring the Director and Commander's guidance were included and disseminated to all subordinate elements.• Served as technical expert on air, land, and sea transportation management and logistics operations to successfully transport personnel, equipment, and supplies in support of full spectrum military operations. • Led the USEUCOM Integrated Distribution Working Group, which analyzed all of the distribution processes in the theater in order to optimize distribution operations. This working group focused on maximizing the use of available assets and incorporated commercial partner equities in order to prevent logistical shortfalls across the enterprise while staying within budgetary constraints.• Coordinated with all service components commands, other Combatant Commands as well as other Governmental Agencies to plan and execute the logistical support for numerous exercises and operations. • Conducted detailed analyses, including the development of various surveys and studies of complex and sensitive transportation/logistics management problems to determine if patterns identified require change in policies, operating methods, or procedures to maintain optimum supply chain performance.

• Served as the Battalion Chief of Operations (S3) for a forward deployed Transportation Battalion, which provided direct logistical support to Joint and Combined forces. • Planned and supervised the operations of a battalion consisting of 400 personnel located in geographically dispersed locations throughout Kuwait and Iraq. Coordinated the long range planning of missions to ensure that operations were conducted in accordance with the appropriate policies, requirements and within the budget allocated. • Coordinated and synchronized the successful movement of 31 Brigade Combat Teams as well as other types of organizations in and out of Iraq using all modes of transportation. • Interacted on a daily basis with Army Materiel Command, Surface Deployment and Distribution Command and Defense Logistics Agency to analyze mission and program objectives to ensure that they were receiving the required support so that forward units did not experience any logistical shortfalls. • Planned, budgeted and supervised a $120 million transportation contract with three separate carriers. Served as military representative to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior. Coordinated with senior Kuwaiti officials for all US Military movements inside Kuwait.

• Coordinated the transportation and logistical planning encompassing sea, rail, highway and air movements from origin to destination including the associated diplomatic, movement and border clearances.• Supervised the planning and coordination of the transportation support for the deployment and redeployment of 41,128 personnel and 25,121 pieces of equipment using all modes of transport; truck, train, ship and plane. • Analyzed trends to identify bottlenecks in the execution of logistical and movement support and developed courses of action to mitigate the causes of these bottlenecks.

• Responsible for the training, readiness, safety, operation and maintenance of 298 personnel and 120 vehicles, the accountability of property valued in excess of $53 million and managing an annual budget of $400,000. • Directed operations for the organization as it drove over one million miles moving four thousand pieces of equipment during a six month period in support of Joint and Combined Forces.• Utilized lessons learned to prepare the company's near and long term training plan to address weaknesses and improve the organization's ability to perform its mission.

• Responsible for safe and efficient cargo operations at Yokohama North Dock and other military and commercial ports throughout Japan. • Ensured the proper utilization of facilities including 200,000 sq. ft. of transit sheds, 30 acres of open storage, eight deep water berths, and capital equipment worth $1.2 million.• Monitored the execution of multiple stevedoring contracts worth over $3 million annually. Planned and monitored the workload on a daily basis to ensure that operations were completed within established time limits.
