Profile bio

About Todd Bryan, Ph.D.

As a behavioral science practitioner I specialize in helping agencies, organizations and communities make better decisions through intelligent and meaningful collaboration. As an experienced facilitator and mediator I design, manage and facilitate collaborative processes that help stakeholders bridge ideological boundaries, identify common ground, and find sustainable solutions. I also design, manage and facilitate independent scientific review panels for projects and policies that depend on sound science but may be hampered by public distrust of the available science. I generally focus on science-intensive challenges in the area of sustainability but have worked successfully in other policy areas. As a trainer and teacher I help build capacity within agencies, organizations and communities to effectively collaborate both internally and externally to achieve multiple goals. Training workshops focus on collaborative governance, collaborative leadership, negotiation and conflict management, organizational effectiveness, and the social license to operate.

Listed skills include Public Policy, Policy Analysis, Environmental Awareness, Conflict Resolution, and 36 others.
