As part of his normal project-driven customer work Todd also fully manages the IBI Customer Infrastructure Team, this team oversees the IBI Group Customer hosting facility which includes over $40M in customer business. The Infrastructure team is also contracted out to various customers (Government agencies) to advise and implement complex network and infrastructure systems. Managing these projects includes RFP responses, client interviews, personnel selection, budget management, and cradle-to-grave project management, documentation, and strategic planning.Government agencies that work to communicating safety and transit information to the public have the expectation of zero downtime environments. To this end Todd works with every customer to properly define customer expectations and to develop business continuity plans, procedures, and test-cases to ensure that the public is able to access the information they need in times of disasters or other emergencies.
