Held direct responsibility for comprehensive operational leadership regarding B2B Data as a Service and Software as a Service organization, including all acquisition and curation of the largest database of nonresidential construction data in North America. Oversee all management of domestic and international teams and resources with modification of 2.5M+ projects on an annual basis. Direct all aspects of financial reporting, budget management, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement. SELECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:▪ Led the comprehensive integration of four data-collection operations into a central Unified Content Management System within an 18-month timeframe, including a $30M+ reduction in OpEx, closure of 7 operational locations, reduction of 8 offshore vendors to three, and 200% increase in productivity.▪ Directed all editorial operations, with direct responsibility for North American commercial construction news for the Daily Commercial News and Journal of Commerce, including 80+ new and original articles weekly and 3M+ page views annually. Transitioned the product from traditional print to a digital platform, including a $2.5M+ reduction in print and production.▪ Established a strong team culture by fostering trust and a people-first approach while engaging 500+ resources, leading to the highest Gallup engagement scores in the organization.o October 2014: Genstar Private Equity acquires Builder Information Group for $67M+ and merges with iSqFt.o May 2015: Genstar acquires Construction Data Corporation with financing by Franklin Square.o August 2015: Warburg Pincus merges ownership with Genstar and is rebranded as Construct Connect.o October 2016: ConstructConnect is acquired by Roper Technologies for $632M+ and 12X EBITDA.o December 2021: ConstructConnect / Roper acquires Construction Journal with integration completed in June 2022.

Directed all aspects and operations for editorial content, product, and management for a leading national construction data provider. Collaborated and coordinated with multiple departments to improve content collection platforms and customer facing content. SELECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:▪ Successfully rebranded and raised awareness of company images for sources to restructure the information gathering process and enhance expanded product offerings.▪ Negotiated contracts with high profile companies, including Wal-Mart, to serve as the exclusive source for company confidential projects.▪ Designed and implemented a lead integration system in collaboration with the Sales Department to enhance prospect closure rates along with customer retention rates.

Directed remote editorial operations with 8K+ sq. ft. of office space, two broadcast studios, and a team of 40+ personnel, including workload optimization, training, and organizational effectiveness. Ensured oversight of technical resources, staff logistics, and project scheduling, with direct responsibility for editorial oversight in nine Midwest states and Canada, with service to internal corporate clients in multiple broadcast and mobile platforms. SELECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:▪ Implemented a network-wide digital application to simplify the editorial approval process and provide comprehensive tracking on usage and cost.▪ Managed a high-performing team by delegating workloads and training while scaling the workforce during an expanse in operations.▪ Successfully coordinated national coverage for the network pool for President Gerald Ford’s Funeral, President Obama’s White House transition, and the 2004, 2008, and 2012 United States Presidential election cycles.

Ensured the comprehensive organization of domestic coverage utilizing resources from multiple bureaus and Fox affiliates. Designed and implemented detailed coverage plans with domestic bureaus for all major stories. Managed all contract negotiations for media images and live coverage feeds with a wide variety of networks and non-Fox affiliates. SELECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:▪ Assisted in growing the Fox News Channel to the #1 news channel nationwide.▪ Honored with an Emmy for coverage of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.▪ Coordinated all domestic bureaus for all major stories and detailed coverage plans.
