Lead a Products Research organization in developing new programs as well as operation of the current business across Gain and Tide Laundry detergents, the leading two brands in the industry. Role spans many facets including:-Sustainability - R&D leader for North America sustainability efforts including leading design and launch of Tide purclean, a key entry of P&G Fabric Care into sustainable/renewable detergents. Key experiences include sustainable consumer insights/expertise, life cycle assessment/sustainable design, and external credentialing (e.g. USDA Bio-preferred program). Recently also launched Dreft purtouch - a plant based version of Dreft laundry detergent. The innovation fueling purclean and purtouch was recognized as a 2017 Edison Award winner for Innovation in Sustainability.-Unit Dose - Lead design and qualification of new unit dose innovation across Tide PODs and Gain Flings for North America, from early design/ideation through going operation of the business.-Go to Market - Lead ongoing R&D go to market/current business for Gain and Dreft brands.

Section Head in Global Surface Care (Swiffer and Mr Clean) charged with leading Products Research and Product Design across the two brands, including:-Innovation leader for Mr Clean Magic Eraser - This entailed leading a multi-functional team in developing deep consumer insights, creating a new product innovation plan, geographic expansion/qualification for launch in Europe, and launch of multiple new product innovations that doubled the Magic Eraser business. I directly managed Products Research and Product Design teams and was the key leader across a broad multifunctional team in delivering the Magic Eraser mid/long term strategy.-Swiffer WetJet/Wet Innovation Leader - I led the multifictional community in developing the first WetJet expansion into a new benefit space (tough cleaning by development/launch of Tough Cleaning Pad), led efforts to redesign the mop, and managed all technical aspects of the current business (e.g. commercialization partner for concepts, claims, demos, customer strategy, etc). -Trade Customer Expert - I was the "face of R&D" with key customers (e.g. Walmart, Target, Costco) for the process of selling in new product innovations, partnering closely with sales and marketing for strategic selling.-Global Organization - I was a key enabler of globalization of the R&D organizations across the US and European technical centers via my organizational efforts.

Lead a multifunctional R&D organization (Products Research, Packaging, Product Design, Process) in creation of innovation targeted to commercial/professional customers for dish and surface care products across Europe (from Turkey to UK). My team delivered a breakthrough commercial and technical program of full line cleaning solutions for small hotel and restaurant owners via the Fairy Expert (kitchen) and Mr Proper Expert (surface/janitorial) that helped fuel P&G Professional as one of P&G's fastest growing segments and the program was recognized with awards by multiple external organizations. Furthermore, this experience allowed me to develop global business and management skills that I have used daily since my return, as I had the benefit of leading a business that stretches from Turkey to the UK and I worked directly with consumers or trade customers in most every market in the region.
