Mr. Dawidowicz directs surveying engineering and geomatics teams in Connecticut and the northeast region. Experienced in all aspects of land surveying and geomatics, he has demonstrated ability in department management, business development, client relations, scope, fee and contract negotiations, project management, team management, survey analysis and property boundary determination.Mr. Dawidowicz prepares ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, property surveys, and topographic surveys including as-built surveys, taking maps, railroad surveys, highway and railroad right of way surveys, utility mapping, construction surveys, and subdivision mapping. He performs geodetic survey control network analysis and adjustment, title research, parcel descriptions, and forensic survey reviews. He has prepared numerous surveys and certifications for public and private institutions including various state departments of transportation and municipal highway and public works departments throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Vermont.Mr. Dawidowicz conducts surveying engineering and geomatics including GNSS, robotics, GIS, high-density 3D laser scanning and LiDAR, sUAS, asset management, deep learning and other state of the art data acquisition, intelligent information modeling, and asset inventory technologies and methodologies.
