Todd is a Colorado native and outdoor enthusiast. He received his undergraduate education at the Colorado State University College of Business, receiving a B.S. in both Accounting and Marketing in 2003. He attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2008.While attending law school, Todd interned for the Honorable Judge Angela Arkin in the Arapahoe County District Court. Todd was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2008, and the bar of the U.S. District of Colorado in 2009. His professional associations include the Colorado Bar Association, Denver County Bar Association, the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. Todd’s civil litigation experience has included making partner at a prominent insurance defense firm in Denver prior to being asked to build and lead a Colorado office for in-house defense to Loya Insurance Group. Todd has since been promoted to Regional Managing Counsel, managing the states of Colorado, New Mexico, Illinois, Georgia and Alabama.
