After working bridge repair and breaking out in pipe fitting and welding over a period of about 7-8 yrs, my education and experience allowed me to settle into training for about 10 yrs. After successfully employing hundreds of trainees, I moved back into private industry and watched quality products roll out of two heavy fabrication shops.My workforce development skills have now regained a new momentum for the state of MS.
