I am a physician administrator with equally busy clinical and administrative responsibilities. In addition to directing the vision and operations of the division of radiation oncology, I lead a multidisciplinary oncology practice with 35 physicians and 350 employees. Over the past four years I have completed the planning and transition of the practice from the US Oncology Network/McKesson to One Oncology. I previously served as the chairperson of the governing body of radiation oncologists and a member of the national policy board executive committee for USON. Through my work as a board member and governance member of a not for profit health insurance company I have had the opportunity to understand healthcare from many different vantage points. Strengths include financial analysis, data driven decision making, leadership, operations, and communication skills.
