I’m a Practice Management and Business Development Leader with a deep background in dispute resolution, including commercial arbitration and mediation. I have over 25 years of experience, with specific expertise building and leading teams that drive revenue and case count within the alternative dispute resolution space. I currently work as the Vice President of Business Development for Miles Mediation and Arbitration, a position I'm privileged to have. Prior to Miles, I worked for 12+ years as a Regional Practice Development Director with JAMS. As a thought leader, I care deeply about building programs and practices that allow for dispute resolution institutions, as well as individual mediators and arbitrators, the ability resolve a wide range of conflicts and make an impact in the larger conflict resolution space.I also value volunteer opportunities inside and outside of work. I am a current Co-Chair of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section’s Practice Management Committee and a Board member for Landmark on Main Street, an arts and culture organization. I’m a recent Past-President of the Association of Conflict Resolution, Greater NY Chapter, and a past Co-Chair of the Programming Committee for the NY Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association.
