My company that handles the various types of Music Production that I do.Riverflow Studios : Oversight and production of the recording of music as well as video productionOut of my fully equipped recording studio, I engineer as well as produce different music and video projects.Riverflow Sound Co. : The design and installation of Audio and Video Systems in facilities.I have designed and installed many audio/video systems for churches and corporate organizations making that unique connection of solving the equipment problems and also addressing the people problems and training issues.Riverflow Teaching Studios: I have taught 1000s of people to play guitar, keys, drums, bass guitar and music theory, voice . Started in 1970 and still presently teach. I have also trained a number of worship leaders , musicians , and singers in this Southern Pa area that are fulfilling those calls at various churches.

Preaching, Teaching and leading worship at various meetings of the church .Responsible for the Pastoring of all worship arts and service related personal, including ushers and greeters.Responsible for all the services of the church.The set up, organization,and oversight .Raised up and trained over 50 musicians,singers worship leaders and established 4 worship teams plus ushers and greeters. Setup and trained multiple sound and video technicians.Oversight of Home small group ministry.

Delivered clean uniforms ,carpets and cleaning towels and picked up the dirty oneson a regular basis

I was responsible to organize ,order and get together the supplies and equipment needed for each job for this Asbestos removal company. I also made deliveries of said supplies and equipment to the various job sites all over York and adams counties.
