I find and create opportunities to teach students in grades 7-12 about The One True God, to live out His commands to love and serve others, and to share the saving message of Jesus in their worlds. I have limited involvement with other age groups as well, and am always seeking opportunities to bridge generational gaps with both children and elderly folks. I also have the responsibilities of finding and training volunteers, and coordinating fundraising campaigns as needed.

I recruited, hired, trained and coached 20-30 college-aged staff as they ran summer programs and second season retreats for children from grades 1-12. I planned a summer program schedule that included 8 weeks of 2-4 programs for various age groups and interests each week. I also stun-doubled as a bus driver, dish washer, janitor, counselor, lifeguard, archery instructor, exterminator, laundry maid, fire-builder, cheerleader, public relations spokesman, groundskeeper, guitarist, etc...as needed. During my time at WH, the camp never waivered or lost its ACA Accreditation, and handled 500-800 campers each summer.
