• Architected and deployed Isilon NAS appliance spanning multiple security domains allowing universal access from all end points while maintaining rigorous adherence to security isolation requirements. • Re-architected and modified physical layout of virtual storage pools on 1 PB VMAX storage array with hundreds of hosts attached with no downtime or impact to live productions hosts in half the time expected, resulting in recapture of 60 TB of “lost” capacity, obviating the need for a new array purchase.• Working as an on-site resident, filling the role of SAN Engineer, planned and implemented the redesign of an EMC VMAX array to bring it in line with EMC best practices, online with no interruptions to mission critical applications. Results were reduction of array overall workload by 30%, increased ROI on EFD purchase by increasing utilization from 40% to 100%, and elimination of application outages due to array performance problems.• Architected a multi-site, multi-array migration project enabling mission-critical disaster recovery capability for the primary revenue-generating application of a multi-billion dollar corporation with no downtime or awareness on the part of the end-users.• Taught a two week boot-camp training session in India for EMC Center of Excellence employees on Symmetrix and associated technologies, required for their advancement from mid-level to senior level resources.
