About Todd Eric Maley

General Contractor/Superintendent/Project Manager/Draftsman/Carpenter/Tradesmen I worked my way up the food chain from residential rocker to finisher to commercial framer to grid man. After 7 years in drywall and another 2 year apprenticeship in Carpentry, I started working as a Union carpenter in local 714. As a Union Journeyman Carpenter I worked Commercial Construction Framing tin can and Structural , Certified Welder, Drywall, Grid, Doors and Door Hardware, Concrete Forms,Cabinets and trim Carpentry. All certifications including OSHA, Fork Lift, working as Forman or lead man . I landed my first Assistant Superintendent job in Plymouth Bay, MA on a 60 room addition to a 5 Star Hotel after building 5 Hannaford Grocery Stores, with the same company, all over New England . I earned my degree in Architectural Drafting and Design AutoCAD 2008. Completed my E licensing through PPRBD construction management degree with classes in Microsoft Office and Building Codes. I have been a Commercial Superintendent for the last 8 years working on commercial construction projects ranging from $200,000 to as high as 82 million. From Malls to big box and specializing in Health Care over the past 5 years. I certified as a 2017 General Contractor C license , OSHA10, powder actuated tools, laser, Lead Certified, mold abatement, Construction Management, Bruno Lifts and Elevators, Modular Ramps. I am very well rounded with vast knowledge in Commercial Construction and the building process from site preparation, breaking Ground, underground plumbing and utilities, concrete take offs and ordering, interior build out, finish Carpentry, cabinets , Doors and Door Hardware, Clean rooms, MRI Rooms, HISA, Dust free,quench valves, high end finishes to occupancy permits. I know how to get all the city certifications signed off and keep the client happy the entire project.
