As result of Marriott International acquisition of Starwood Hotels, appointed to lead a team of finance professionals to provide support to the Global Brand, Global Marketing and Partnership organization. Overall responsibility for annual budget, forecasting, cash flow analysis and contract review processes. Responsible for post-merger finance integration across 4 divisions, 42 individual P&Ls, with spend exceeding $900m. Tasked with redesigning the financial process and structure to simplify cost allocation, reporting and optimize marketing spend. Rebuilt and re-aligned finance function to improve finance business support and increase accountability to finance team.

Managed a team of finance professionals to provide FP&A support to 8 global brands, 7 SVP’s with budget oversight of $270+m. Responsible for annual marketing budget, forecasting, cash flow analysis and tracking brand performance. Oversaw financial impact of brand standards and initiatives to properties. Financial oversight of Starwood Retail Program.

An e-commerce start-up at the forefront of social commerce and giving. Responsible for creating and implementing financial reporting and systems. Implemented long range forecasting and monthly cash flow analysis, resulting in more accurate and insightful cash burn. Developed investor presentations for capital raise, successfully pitched VCs.

Created the UK’s largest maternity network bringing together the nations top fertility specialist, obstetricians, hospitals and ultrasound clinics. Developed overall strategy, instilled business processes, oversaw financial reporting and worked with outside advisors. Sourced, negotiated, signed new strategic partnerships and managed partnerships to ensure SLA’s were achieved and a high standard for customer service was upheld.
