Facilities Director with a proven ability to manage projects and facilities. Proven ability to lead teams, improve safety practices, develop strategic plans, organize work, and create/maintain positive working relationships within organizations. A dedicated team player that is able to take on difficult projects and deliver timely results.My well rounded experience shows growth and industry diversity. I am a licensed HVAC/R technician, as well as a New Hampshire Licensed Gas Fitter. I started my career running small service and install crews for two major mechanical contractors in Lebanon, New Hampshire until I was recruited by FujiFilm Dimatix in 2002 to take over their HVAC department. In 2004 I became the supervisor of all technical facility aspects (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Grounds) as well as Construction Manager of many multimillion dollar renovation projects. In June of 2015 I accepted the position of Director of Facilities for Kearsarge Regional School District where I am currently employed. Kearsarge is one of the largest geographical districts in New Hampshire comprising seven (7) surrounding towns. Within the district there are seven (7) schools located in four (4) of those towns. I oversee every facility aspect including budgets, construction, building aid, writing RFPs, grants, reporting to the school board and state agencies, as well as the safety and management of 34 staff members.
