I was head of the Australia's division for Alayacare and tasked with aligning Bluecare's & Anglicares methodologies and protocols with the system and product design for the PROCURA ERP system. This extended to HACC, DVA|CMNDS import/export and business rules, Implementations with Billing/Accounting AR platforms, (Ceridian, ACCPAC, Peoplesoft). Integration design for HRIS system (AURIZON) as well as feature and system development for the Australian product roadmap. My team consisted 10 developers, testers, BA's and sales & marketing.

I was tasked by a Canadian ERP company to oversee the implementation of the product and perform gap analysis and system design to align the system to fit with Australian nursing protocols. I was also responsible for growing our presence and established 2 offices in Australia and involved in bringing in contracts worth $11 million over 3 years.
